A: Quantity, color, condition, brand, model number and card/module/blade details (if applicable) are the most important pieces of information needed in order for you to receive an accurate bid on your equipment.

Q: How soon should I expect a response from your company once I email or call with an inquiry?
A: We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Q: I don't have any way of getting my equipment to you. Will you still buy it?
A: Sure. We will gladly disconnect, professionally package and remove or ship your equipment. No matter where you are located in the United States, Resale Technologies will handle all aspects of removing your unwanted equipment, with no inconvenience to you.

Q: Do you purchase non-working or defective equipment?
A: We might. That information would not stop us from making an offer. Let us know what you have and we’ll let you know if we can buy it. 

QWhen will my company be paid?
A: We offer prompt payment once our company takes possession of your equipment.
